Blustery and cold this evening, warming up by mid-week.

THIS AFTERNOON: We’ll continue to see blustery conditions through the afternoon with some gusts as high as 40mph at times. Clouds will build from west to east as another chance of rain arrives by 3pm. We’ll see temperatures drop to near 32 by 6 & 7pm, and we will watch these rain showers transition to a sloppy wet snow. Accumulations will be minor, likely only seeing a dusting on grassy surfaces if any at all.

TONIGHT: Scattered snow showers will come to an end late Monday night & Tuesday morning leaving for a dry, but cold morning commute. Low temperatures drop back into the upper 20s, but with breezy northwesterly winds remaining, we will see wind chills in the teens by daybreak under mostly cloudy skies.

EXTENDED: Tuesday morning clouds will begin to clear leading to a sunny day with temperatures in the 40s. Through the work week we see another warming trend allowing highs to reach back above average. By Thursday and Friday high temperatures will be back in the mid to upper 50s. More changes are on the way back the weekend as we track our next system to arrive by Saturday. This will give way to more rain showers Friday night and Saturday, which will also bring cooler temperatures for the end of the weekend. Highs drop into the upper 30s by Sunday.
