Deputies arrest man accused of being armed with gun while holding woman against her will

Callaway County deputies arrested Rollie Davis, 26, on Sunday afternoon after officers responded to the 1200 block of County Road 350 for a report of a female being held against her will.

Deputies said they received information that Davis was armed with a firearm.

Officers said when they arrived on scene they were able to arrest Davis and determined that the woman was able to flee from the area and was found safe.

Deputies said they searched the area and found a rifle.

Davis was taken to the Callaway County Jail and was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and assault.
