Man charged with statutory rape in Boone County

A man has been charged with statutory rape in the second degree in Boone County on Tuesday.

According to a warrant, Mauracio Flores-Ramos is to be held without bond because he poses a danger to the victim and the community.

Public Boone County Jail records do not show that Ramos is in custody.
