Jefferson City man indicted for child pornography
Tom Larson, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri announced on Wednesday that Ben Hilkemeyer, 32, was indicted on charges related to child pornography.
Hilkemeyer was charged in a two-count indictment that was made public on Wednesday.
The indictment alleges that Hilkemeyer received and distributed child pornography from January to September 2017.
According to court documents, Hiklemeyer possessed more than 50 videos showing child abuse, including one that was more than a hour and 37 minutes. Officers also found more than 6,000 images of child abuse.
The images and videos depict pornographic content of infants and toddlers and bestiality, Larson said.
Officers found the images and videos on a USB drive that was hidden in a ski glove.
