Jefferson City crews have responded to several water main breaks since Saturday

Jefferson City crews reported on Wednesday they have responded to seven water main breaks since Saturday.

A spokesperson for Missouri American Water in Jefferson City said crews are responding to 1-2 breaks a day.

The spokesperson also said there have been reports of more than 30 frozen water meters.
