Former Mizzou coach Kim Anderson originally recruited Roberts to play for Mizzou. Roberts decided to stay true to his commitment when Anderson was fired and Martin was hired.
The four-star guard from Irving, TX was considered a top-100 player coming out of high school. However, the improvement of Jordan Geist and signings of Kassius Robertson and Blake Harris have created a crowded backcourt for the Tigers.
Mizzou next plays South Carolina Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 8 p.m.
