Osage County deputies arrest three during New Year counting period, including public administrator

Osage County deputies participated in the New Year DWI statewide campaign and arrested three during the holiday weekend.

Deputies said they made 29 traffic stops, recovered a stolen car, made two drug related arrests and one DWI arrest.

Officers said they arrested and charged the Maries County public administrator, Carol Schulte for driving while intoxicated. The arrest was her first offense.

Deputies said they arrested Zachary Kirksey, 19, after he was accused of possessing a controlled substance and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Officers also arrested Davian Tanner, 24, for possession of a controlled substance.
