Man arrested after multi-county car chase
ABC 17 News confirms one person was taken into custody following an afternoon car chase just north of the Lake of the Ozarks in Eldon.
Eldon’s chief of police, Brian Kidwell, told ABC 17 News the department was involved in the chase around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and that it also involved officers from California, Mo.
A traffic violation initially sparked the pursuit, but Chief Kidwell did not have any other details about how exactly it began or where it ended. One man was arrested after they eventually stopped the vehicle.
