Mizzou basketball ties 2016 win total with victory over Green Bay
After taking an entire season to reach eight wins last year, Mizzou reached the same total this season by Dec. 9 after a 100-77 win over Green Bay.
With the victory, Mizzou improves to 8-2 (0-0 SEC). The Tigers also have won three straight games outscoring opponents by an average of 15 points per game over the stretch.

From there, Mizzou rallied and took a 20-point lead into half time. At half, Mizzou honored the Tiger football team as fans greeted the team to a standing ovation.
They did the same to the Mizzou basketball team as the Tigers held their first-half lead for the win.
