Warmer this afternoon with another cool down in store

FRIDAY: Temperatures this morning have finally rose above freezing. By this afternoon we will warm to near 40 due to a southwesterly breeze up to 12 mph. The breeze will make it feel colder, generating wind chills in the upper 20s to lower 30s Friday afternoon with mostly sunny skies.

TONIGHT: It will be another chilly night with below freezing temperatures, but overnight lows will be a tad warmer tonight, in the mid 20s. We will see a southwesterly breeze for the first half of the night, but by early morning winds will transition out of the northwest under partly cloudy skies.

EXTENDED: It looks breezy and cold Saturday afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 30s with clouds moving out in the morning. Northwesterly winds at 15 mph will gust as high as 25 mph, producing wind chills in the upper teens and lower 20s Saturday, making for a cold day with decreasing clouds. We’ll warm up Sunday, reaching towards 50 under partly cloudy skies. The work week will start with above average temperatures as we climb into the upper 40s Monday but another cold front will move through, dropping temperatures again by next Tuesday with afternoon highs near 40. We look to modify again by Wednesday as highs rise back into the mid 40s as the dry weather pattern continues.
