Mizzou linebacker arrested for out of county warrant

The Columbia Police Department arrested Mizzou linebacker TJ Warren on Sunday morning for an out of county warrant. He was released from Boone County jail on $100 bond.

According online jail records, the warrant was for failing to appear for a speeding ticket in Crocker, Mo.

Warren is a redshirt sophomore for the Tigers. He’s played in five games this season. He has 11 tackles, including two tackles for loss. The Conyers, Ga. native had an interception against UConn on Oct. 28.

A Mizzou spokesman says the team is looking into the situation. We’ve reached out to CPD for more information on the arrest, but we haven’t heard back yet.
