Montgomery County deputies locate two suspects after Tuesday’s chase

Montgomery County deputies have located two suspects after a vehicle chase on Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies said the vehicle fled east on the south service road and crashed through a fence past the High Hill Quarry.

Deputies said two suspects fled on foot from the car. A search was conducted and one suspect was taken into custody near the I-70 hotel in High Hill.

Officers said they continued to search for the other suspect but could not find him.

On Wednesday, deputies located two subjects in a cornfield off of Hickory Wood.

Officers said they were detained and removed from the area.

The driver had pending charges for speeding, careless and imprudent driving, stop sign violation, property damage, and resisting arrest.

Deputies said the other two were identified and questioned in connection with the event.

Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the chase.
