Mexico High School administration finds student pushed teacher

A spokesperson for the Mexico Public Safety Department confirmed on Tuesday that a Mexico High School teacher was pushed by a student.

The teacher was not injured, the spokesperson said.

The spokesperson said that administration and school resource officers looked into the incident and the student will be receiving disciplinary action.

The school district and staff will continue to investigate the incident to determine if the case will be referred to the Juvenile Office.
