Callaway County deputies arrest man suspected of burglary and stealing, among others
Devin Montcalm, 22, was arrested Friday morning in the 200 block of South Elm Street of Auxvasse.
Montcalm could be facing multiple charges that include burglary, stealing, unlawful possession of a firearm, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
This comes after a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigation into break-ins and burglaries on Nov. 9 and 10.
Deputies were out searching for Montcalm when they found his abandoned car with stolen property and narcotics.
They then found him at a residence on Elm Street where he resisted arrest.
He is now being held in Callaway County Jail without bond, pending a judge’s bond setting.
