Fulton police ask for public’s help in locating wanted man

Fulton police are asking for the public’s help in locating Ladeigh Cowans after officers said they attempted to make contact with him on Tuesday night.

Police said Cowans has an active parole violation warrant with no bond.

Officers said Cowans fled on foot from officers toward the 200 block of St. Louis Avenue and was able to elude capture.

Police ask anyone who has information on Cowans’ location to contact local law enforcement or CrimeStoppers at 573-592-2474.
