Death investigation underway in Moberly
UPDATE: Police said officers found a 14-year-old dead from a gunshot wound inside the home.
Police said the investigation is ongoing, but there are no suspects at this time and do not suspect foul play.
ORIGINAL: Sgt. Mark Arnsperger with the Moberly Police Department said officers are investigating a death in the 900 block of Franklin Street.
Officers were called to the home around 2 p.m. Saturday.
Arnsperger said officers are being assisted by the acting county coroner Sheriff Mark Nichols. No other details were released.
