Power restored after fallen lines cause overnight outages in Columbia
Dozens of Columbia residents were without power late Monday night due to a downed power line.
It happened near Prathersville Road and Oakland Gravel just after 11:00 p.m.
Boone Electric, the Boone County Fire Protection District and Boone County deputies were on scene and shut down the intersection.
ABC 17 News called Boone Electric and confirmed it happened after a line with a bad connection burned and dropped. The downed line caused outages for 84 customers in the area.
All power was restored shortly before 2:00 a.m.
