Fulton man charged with sexual abuse, accused of inappropriately touching woman

Fulton police arrested Carles Pendleton after they were called to Karon’s Diner for a sexual offense.

According to the probable cause statement, Pendleton inappropriately touched one female victim and asked her vulgar questions.

Police said Pendleton had also asked a waitress vulgar questions and showed her a picture of his genitalia.

Officers said when they interviewed Pendleton he admitted to both sexual offenses.

Pendleton was arrested and has been charged with sexual abuse.
