Troopers respond to fatal tractor crash in Gasconade County Tuesday afternoon

Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers responded to a tractor crash on a private road in Gasconade County on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the traffic crash report, the crash happened when the tractor traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.

Troopers said the tractor driver, Wendell Schneider, 76, was pronounced dead on scene.

This is Troop F’s 48th fatality of 2017.
