Woman found tied up with ropes inside Fulton home; man arrested
Fulton police arrested a 38-year-old man Sunday afternoon after a woman was found tied up with ropes inside a home in the 300 block of Jefferson Street.
Officers were called to the home just after 1 p.m. for a well-being check.
Ryan O’Shana, of Fulton, is accused of assaulting the woman, who police said he was in a relationship with, and tied her up to keep her from leaving.
Police said the woman was transported to the hospital.
O’Shana was arrested on suspicion of second-degree kidnapping and third-degree domestic assault. He’s being held in the Callaway County jail without bond.
Fulton police said the investigation is ongoing.
