Rollover crash temporarily shuts down 4100 block of Route F in Boone County

Part of Route F in Boone County was temporarily shut down while crews worked to remove a crashed vehicle overnight.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office said the driver was heading west in the 4100 block of Route F when they swerved to miss a deer, flipped and ended up in the ditch.

The crash happened sometime around 11:30 p.m. just 30 minutes north of Columbia.

The vehicle was able to be towed just before 1:00 a.m.

According to deputies, the driver was not injured and they do not suspect any impairment was involved.
