Greitens appoints Brouck Jacobs as Circuit Judge for 13th Judicial Circuit

Gov. Eric Greitens has appointed Brouck Jacobs as Circuit Judge for the 13th Judicial Circuit.

Jacobs will replace Judge Christine Carpenter, who retired earlier this year.

He has been a prosecuting attorney for almost a decade, Greitens said.

Jacobs has been serving as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office since 2013.

“Brouck Jacobs is committed to serving the people of Boone and Callaway Counties,” said Greitens. “As a prosecutor, he has worked tirelessly to promote justice and has served with integrity. I am pleased to appoint him as the newest circuit judge for the 13th Judicial Circuit and look forward to him serving for years to come.”
