UPDATE: 20-year-old suffers life-threatening injuries in shooting on Rolling Rock Drive
UPDATE: Columbia police confirm a 20-year-old man was shot in the 1500 block of Rolling Rock Drive at 11:51 p.m. Saturday.
The man received life-threatening injuries. Columbia police say as of Sunday morning, the victim remains in critical condition.
Detectives are still working to determine what led up to the man receiving the gunshot wound.
ORIGINAL: Columbia police blocked off an area of Rolling Rock Townhomes Sunday morning.
Two detectives and two officers were seen leaving a unit in the 1500 block of Rolling Rock Drive with a few of what appeared to be evidence bags.
ABC 17 News heard reports of a shooting in the area, but police have not been able to confirm anything.
Online dispatch records show an ambulance responded to the 1500 block of Rolling Rock Drive shortly before midnight.
