Two arrested after Boone County deputies find firearms, pills, marijuana

Boone County deputies arrested Barry Tutwiler and Tiffany Turner on Friday, after two search warrants were served to the 5300 block of Godas Circle and the 700 block of Pear Tree Circle.

Deputies said the search warrants were the result of an investigation into prescription pill and marijuana sales/distribution.

They said both address were part of the same investigation.

Deputies said multiple items were located at both addresses including, marijuana, prescription pills, two AK47-type firearms and other evidence of drug sales/distribution.

Tutwiler was arrested and is facing possible charges of delivery of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm unlawful for certain persons.

Turner was arrested and is facing possible charges of delivery of a controlled substance.
