The Mizzou football game will be another hot one as temperatures remain in the mid 80s for kickoff, remaining warm and dry throughout the entire game. Heading into the work week, Monday will still be hot with high temperatures in the upper 80s. There is a chance of thunderstorms Monday mainly west of HWY 63 with the chance increasing Monday night into Tuesday as a strong cold front moves through. We could see lingering showers into Wednesday as the front exits to the southeast. This will drop temperatures into the lower 80s Tuesday and mid to upper 70s Wednesday, with nights cooling into the 50s. The cooler weather will last through the end of next week and weekend.
