Two injured in Miller County crash, troopers believe article of clothing caused incident

Early Thursday morning, Missouri State Highway patrol responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 52 in Miller County.

According to the traffic crash report, an article of clothing became entangled in the rear wheel of a motorcycle, causing the rear tire to lock up, ejecting both occupants.

The driver, Jonathan Williamson, 40, was in serious condition. Williamson was life flighted to University Hospital, troopers said.

The occupant, Ruby Dwyer, 37, had minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital.
