Summer-like temperatures on Saturday, storms possible overnight into Sunday
TODAY: It will feel be feeling more like summer with higher temperatures and slightly humid conditions. The Tigers will have hot weather for the start of the game on Saturday with temperatures near 90 at 3 PM kickoff and will stay in the upper 80s through the duration of the game. Winds will be breezy at times out of the south between 7-14 mph under mostly sunny skies.
TONIGHT: Late tonight into tomorrow morning there is a chance of thunderstorms as a cold front moves in, mainly after 1 am north of I-70. Overnight temperatures will drop into the mid 60s with southerly winds around 7 mph.
EXTENDED: Scattered showers and thunderstorm will continue into Sunday morning. A few showers are possible south of I-70 through mid-morning on Sunday. High temperatures will reach the low to mid 80s Sunday under mostly cloudy skies and spot storms will be possible again Sunday afternoon. At this time, severe storms are not expected, though strong storms may bring small hail and gusty winds. As a weak warm front slowly moves through, we’ll see on and off storm chances through Wednesday as temperatures reach into the mid to upper 80s.
