UPDATE: Body of Camdenton woman found dead in creek bed identified
UPDATE 9/13: The body has been identified as Susan Willhite, 44, or Camdenton. The investigation is ongoing and foul play is still not suspected.
ORIGINAL STORY: Camden County deputies said they went to a creek bed near Spencer Creek Road around 8 p.m. Friday after they received a call from the property owners.
Deputies said the property owners found a 44-year-old Camdenton woman dead in the creek bed.
An autopsy is scheduled for next week, but deputies said, at this time, they don’t believe there was any foul play.
