Hallsville kindergartner left on school bus
ABC 17 News has confirmed that a kindergartner was left on a Hallsville School District school bus Thursday morning.
ABC 17 reached out to Hallsville Schools, who gave the following statement:
“A student was left briefly on the bus but discovered by another driver. Our staff took immediate action to ensure the child’s safety, and our first priority was the welfare of the child. The student is safe and unharmed.
Our district is currently investigating how and why this incident occurred, reviewing safety measures and taking steps to assure that this will not happen again.”
