Endangered person alert for Fulton man
Fulton Police received a report of a missing adult considered to be endangered on Monday morning.
Carl Lee Debrodie has a mental disability and very limited ability to verbally communicate.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, an orange and white polo style shirt, a leather jacket and white New Balance shoes. DeBrodie left his home on Claymine Drive on foot. He is a 31-year-old and Caucasian.
