Security cameras help Moniteau County deputies solve home invasion

Two people have been arrested in connection to a June home burglary on Bird Haven Road in eastern Moniteau County.

During the investigation, deputies said they spoke with neighbors and reviewed footage from home security cameras nearby to find a suspect vehicle.

Deputies say they then worked with other sheriff’s offices in the area and were able to obtain suspect information.

Moniteau deputies said they found the suspects and the car along with some of the stolen property at a home in Cole County.

Brandon J. Burrow, 27, from Jefferson City, has been charged with burglary and stealing. He has a bond of $50,000.

A second suspect has also been located and identified, with formal charges to follow.
