Murder case to be heard in Audrain County court

A hearing is scheduled for Friday afternoon to review the case of Richard Henry who is charged with the July murder of Leon Wilder III.

Henry was arrested with Arline Diedrich on July 10 and both were later formally charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Justin Traughber, 37, was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder, robbery, weapons and drug offenses in connection to the same case.

The hearing for Richard Henry is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in Mexico, Missouri.
