Man sentenced to five years in prison for rape and sodomy of 16-year-old
A man has been sentenced to five years at the Department of Corrections for second degree statutory rape and second degree statutory sodomy.
Jerome Buschman was arrested in January after engaging in sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old female victim.
ABC 17 News previously reported that Buschman would pose as the victim’s father by calling the school to grant her early release. Then, the victim and Buschman would go back to his house and engage in sexual activities.
