Unseasonably cool temperatures continue into Monday
TONIGHT: Cooler conditions will be sticking around into the evening hours as temperatures begin to slide into the lower 70s. Skies will be mostly clear overnight with a dry easterly wind up to 6 mph.
MONDAY: Morning temperatures will be cool in the lower 60s, quickly rising into the mid to lower 80s for the high. More dry and sunny conditions will continue into Monday. Winds will remain light out of the east as surface high pressure north of Missouri slowly pushes to the east. Evening conditions will be perfect once again with temperatures in the lower 70s and low humidity.
EXTENDED: Tuesday will be warm and partly sunny day with the high temperature in the mid 80s. We’ll start warming back up to average high temperatures for early-August by Wednesday with highs in the mid 80s. Overnight lows will still be unseasonably cool in the 60s. Another slight chance for storms develops on Wednesday with better chances for storms on Thursday. More pleasant conditions look to return by Friday and into next weekend.
