Endangered SILVER advisory for Putnam County man
UPDATE 5:33 P.M.: Carman could be wearing a maroon or purple western style shirt with purple snap closures. Carman also has cancer, along with dementia.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for Thomas B. Carman.
Carman is a white male, 75, five feet 11 inches tall, 180 pounds, with gray and brown hair, brown eyes and wearing only blue jeans.
Carman has demetia and walked away from his residence. He hasn’t been heard from since.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Carman should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call Putnam County at 660-947-4202.
