Home invasion robbery in Columbia, suspects at large

Columbia Police officers were called to the 300 block of Campusview Drive at 11:53 p.m. Wednesday in reference to a home invasion with a gun.

The preliminary investigation revealed that three male suspects forced their way into a home and one of the suspects was armed with a firearm. The suspects demanded property from a male victim inside of the home and after retrieving property, the suspects fled the scene.

There were no reported injuries, and there was minor property damage to the home.

The suspects were described as three black males with “average” builds and heights. They were last seen wearing hooded sweatshirts.

ABC 17 News looked up police dispatch records, there have been 80 calls for service to that address.
