Man arrested with drugs, weapons in Jefferson City
A Jefferson City man is charged after police found him with drugs and weapons during a vehicle search.
Police said they responded to an address on Belmont Drive known for drug activity on Friday night. They followed Luke Jerozal from the house to Booneville Road where they stopped him. When officers asked for Jerozal’s information, he gave them his brother’s.
During a search, officers found guns, knives, meth and pipes in Jerozal’s possession. He faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
