Pulaski County Corporal charged with felony sexual contact with prisoner
A Corporal with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office has been charged with felony sexual conduct with a prisoner after being responsible for transporting her from the Chillicothe Correctional Facility to the Pulaski County Jail.
During the transport on Dec. 29, 2016, Corporal Donald E. Sapp allegedly touched the inmate inappropriately, took nude photos of her with his cell phone and made her perform sexual acts on him.
DNA evidence from the incident was taken to a criminal lab, where it was confirmed that the DNA was Sapp’s. Sapp’s phone was also investigated, and nude photos of the prisoner were found.
