Heat and humidity Friday, lower humidity Saturday

The heat and humidity are back in the picture for Friday. We will see temperatures build into the upper 80s and lower 90s; however, with the humidity much of Mid-Missouri will be feeling more like the low- mid 90s by the afternoon hours.

We will have mostly sunny skies but in the morning, there is a slight chance of a shower mainly north of I-70 as a cold front moves through. This will also keep areas north of I-70 in the upper 80s for highs along with less humidity. However, areas south will feel the heat and humidity more on Friday as high tempertures reach 90-92.

The cold front which moves through Friday will bring slightly cooler and drier air into Mid-Missouri for Saturday. With dew points hanging around the 60-65 degree mark, it will only feel slightly humid. We can expect to see Saturday temperatures top out in the mid to upper 80s under mostly sunny skies.
