Rollover crash slows southbound traffic on Hwy 63

Emergency workers responded to a rollover crash on southbound Hwy 63 near Stadium Boulevard Wednesday morning.

Officials told ABC 17 News that one car left the road and flipped over, sending its driver to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Columbia Fire Department officials said it’s likely the rainy conditions contributed to the crash and that drivers should use extreme caution while navigating the wet roads.

Southbound Hwy 63 was temporarily reduced to one lane as workers cleared the scene.
