Warm Saturday evening across Mid-Missouri
TONIGHT: Clear skies will be accompanied with warm and humid conditions across Mid-Missouri this evening. Temperatures will bottom out in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees, with a steady southerly breeze under 15 mph.
SUNDAY: A beautiful start to the week, with sunny skies and temperatures in the lower 70s will greet you on Sunday. Enjoy it, because as the day goes on the heat will climb into the uppe r80s to near 90 degrees. Humidity will gradually rise through the day, as southerly winds of 15-18 mph will continue to pull in more warmth and moisture. It’ll also be quite gusty, as winds will gust up to 25 mph for most of Mid-Missouri.
EXTENDED: The 90 degree days will continue through Tuesday with muggy nights in the 70s. Our next chance of storms comes next Wednesday and Thursday as a cold front drops into Mid-Missouri. There won’t be a noticeable drop in temperatures behind the front, as we’ll only see one day in the upper 80s, before the 90s return. Most of next week features daily storm chances.
