Police have reported a 15-year-old boy missing out of Lake Ozark.
Emmanuel “Manny” Upton was last seen Saturday. He was wearing a black Johnny Cash T-shirt, maroon pants and gray shoes. Police believe he is in the Eldon, Olean or Brumley areas. He is 6 feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
