Mild Monday night for Mid-Missouri
TONIGHT: A pleasant night will be in store for Mid-Missouri under mostly clear skies. Temperatures will bottom out in the mid 50s, with winds light out of the northwest under 8 mph.
TUESDAY: Conditions will start off dry and sunny with our high reaching into the upper 70s. By the afternoon, a chance for light to moderate showers and storms may develop in areas along and south of I-70. A marginal risk of severe storms is possible, with the greatest threat being quarter size hail. Winds will be out of the west under 15 mph.
EXTENDED: Wednesday brings drier and sunny weather back into Mid-Missouri for a brief amount of time. As Thursday approaches, a warm front will lift into the area giving us a chance for showers and thunderstorms. This will also bring the highs into the 80s by the later part of the week. More upper level disturbances are expected to move into the area giving Mid-Missouri the chance for rain and storms into the weekend.
