11-year-old injured after falling off boat at Pinnacle Lake

An 11-year-old boy from St. Charles was flown to St. Louis Children’s Hospital after falling off of a boat at Pinnacle Lake on Sunday.

The 2002 Tracker Pontoon was running on Pinnacle Lake when the 11-year-old boy fell off the boat, went under it and hit the propeller.

The boy suffered moderate injuries. ABC 17 News will continue to follow this story.
