Moderate Risk for Saturday afternoon into evening

TODAY: Temps will reach into the lower 80s with severe weather moving in from the west after 3PM. Areas along and to the south of I-70 are under a Moderate Risk; areas north of I-70 are under an Enhanced Risk. Storms will be capable of producing up to baseball sized hail and damaging winds up 70 mph or greater. The chance for tornadoes are also likely with the stronger storms existing south of I-70..

TONIGHT: Severe storms will continue throughout the evening hours and will move out of Mid-Missouri around 10PM moving quickly to the southeast.

SUNDAY: Spotty showers are likely in the morning. By the PM hours, it will be pleasant with partly sunny skies and temps near the upper 70s.
