Columbia man indicted in shooting case
A man accused of a shooting at a Columbia gas station was indicted by a grand jury Friday.
Spencer Ervin is expected to appear in Boone County Court next week.
He’s charged with shooting a gun at a person at the Eagle Stop on Providence Road during a large fight on March 19.
Five other arrests stemmed from the fight, including three that night and Ahmonta Harris and Aaron Harris on March 21.
Ervin is expected to appear in court on Monday and have an arraignment on Tuesday.
Ahmonta Harris and Aaron Harris have case reviews set for Wednesday.
