Weather conditions temporarily close Boone County roads

Heavy rain throughout mid-Missouri Saturday forced emergency management to close several roads throughout Boone County.

Roads began to close around 11 a.m. Saturday, as of 9:30 p.m., Sunday, 20 roads in Boone County were closed due to flooding.

Here’s a list of the current road closures in Boone County:

-Old Number 7 and Dripping Springs Rd W

-Route E at Twin Bridges

-Highway WW at Cedar Creek

-Robbie Forbis Road at Hunters Bend Road

-Crump Lane at Martin Lane

-Hill Break Road at Buffalo Ridge

-Gillespie Bridge Rd. at Mesa

-Strawn Road at Worley

-4800 Block of Old Mill Creek Road South

-Route V at Anchorom Road

-Oneal Road at Wilcox Road

-Route Y near Bob Veach Road

-Sinclair Road at Mill Creek

-Mount Zion Church Road at Hinkson Creek

-5300 block Hinkson Creek Road

-Andrew Sapp Rd. at Boone Femme Creek

-Locust Grove Church Road and Bell Road

-Akeman Bridge Road and Perche Creek

-Hatton Chapel Road near Locust Grove Church Road

-Driskel Road between Route E and Moreau Road
