Columbia man arrested for involvement in Oklahoma child pornography case

A Boone County man was arrested on Thursday for one count of first degree promoting child pornography.

While the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigations was investigating a subject, they discovered the Roberts was communicating and distributing obscene images to the Oklahoma subject through “Kik.”

The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation then sent the report to the Boone County Sheriff’s Department Cyber Crimes Task Force.
