Cooler Start Tuesday

TUESDAY: We’ll have a cooler morning with temperatures in the mid to low 40s for the morning commute with broken clouds. Clouds will erode from west to east this morning through 11AM leaving sunshine again the afternoon. It will feel less humid as dry air continues to work it’s way in today with temperatures staying near average in the mid 60s.

TONIGHT: It looks quiet overnight with light northerly winds under 5 mph. Winds look to becoming southerly by midnight with low in the mid 40s again.

EXTENDED: Newest data suggests the next rain chance holding off until Thursday morning, mainly after 8AM. A series of waves will bring showers for the end of the week. A cold front will increase storm chances Saturday night into Sunday morning. Sunday will stay in the mid 70s with a slight chance of developing showers and storms during the afternoon south of I-70, depending on where the cold front ends up. Timing of weekend rain will be pinpointed during the week as new data comes in. Please check back for updates and follow ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter and ABC17News on Facebook for updates as well.
