The detective says police found a pistol in the vehicle matching shell casing found at the scene of Sunday’s shooting. He also says Midgyett later admitted to being involved.

Authorities say Midgyett was in the other vehicle involved in the shooting.

Midgyett is held in a $250,000 dollar bond and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
